Environmental Engineering

CGE provides environmental assessment services, including Phase 1 and 2 Environmental Site Assessments in accordance with ASTM E 1527-13 and Contamination Assessments in accordance with prevailing State and local regulatory requirements. These services are typically performed as part of due diligence activities for both developed and undeveloped properties related to real estate transactions and/or financing. The staff at CGE has completed many such studies for both large and small scale residential, commercial and industrial property transactions.
